Why did you choose to be a Division III student-athlete?
I really enjoy playing sports, mainly track & field, and I felt that I could excel at the NCAA Division III level.

What do you like most about competing in the WIAC?
The thing I like most about the WIAC is how good the competition is every meet. You are always up against national-caliber people.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned from being a student-athlete?
To be able to manage my time well between track, school, family and friends.

If you have been involved in community service projects, which project has been the most rewarding and why?
I have been involved with the Read To Kids program. This has been the most rewarding because you are directly helping little kids learn and grow in school.

When you were growing up, what did you want to be?
I really wanted to be a farmer. Seeing all of the equipment they drove, and being around animals, seemed like a fun job.

My dream job would be an NCAA Division I coach or a professional coach.

My All-America awards. These mean a lot to me because it shows how much work and dedication I have put into track.

A non-athletic talent you have is?
I'm a pretty good cook.

The best sporting event that you ever attended was?
A Green Bay Packer game. Brett Favre broke one of the National Football League records.

What does your "bucket list" include?
To travel to all of the Major League Baseball stadiums.

How would your teammates describe you?
Good leader, hard worker.

Do you have any pre-game/pre-event rituals? If so, what are they?
