Titans Named AVCA All-Academic Team

LEXINGTON, Ky.- The UW-Oshkosh volleyball team was among a record-setting 1,332 teams across the collegiate and high school levels that earned the United States Marine Corps/American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award on Thursday (July 13).

For the fifth time in six seasons, the Titans maintained at least a 3.30 cumulative team grade point average to gain a spot on the annual AVCA list. The team accumulated a 3.73 grade point average for the second year in a row, which is also the highest in program history.

UWO was one of 228 NCAA Division III programs that earned the distinction for the 2022-23 academic year and was joined by six WIAC programs including UW-River Falls which earned a Team Academic Honor Roll nod. The Honor Roll represents programs in the top 20% of team grade point averages in each division.
