Sundholm Named WIAC x Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week
MADISON, Wis.—Carissa Sundholm has been named the WIAC x Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week, following a 3-0 week for the UW-Oshkosh Titans.
Sundholm recorded 44 kills in competition last week, including 22 kills against Wheaton College on Oct. 11. Sundholm recorded 26 digs on the week, six blocks, and two service aces in three games.
The junior pin from Musekgo, Wis., leads the Titans in kills at 318 and averaged 3.38 per set. Sundholm ranks in the top-15 in the nation in total attacks and the top-20 in total kills (317). Sundholm is No. 5 in the WIAC in kills and points.
Sundholm and the No. 16 Titans hit the road for a four-game road swing, starting with No. 13 UW-Eau Claire on Oct. 19.
