Titans Headed to UW-Platteville Invitational Led by Madigan

OSHKOSH, Wis.- The UW-Oshkosh women's track and field team will compete at the UW-Platteville Invitational this Friday and Saturday (April 14-15), led by sophomore Cyna Madigan who holds a top-ten time in the 800-meter run that also paces the WIAC.

Individual National Rankings

Madigan is the sole Titan that ranks in the top-10 nationally this week, holding a 2:12.48 finish in the 800-meter run for seventh.

Conference Leaders

Madigan's time in the 800-meter is also the only Titan WIAC leader this week.

Last Week's Highlights

Competing at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invitational last Friday (April 7), Oshkosh took three top-three finishes. Junior Libby Geisness ran a 2:16.58 800-meter run, grabbing second place. Sophomore Amelia Lehman took second with a 4:36.81 time in the 1,500-meter run. Junior Brenna Masloroff claimed Oshkosh's only top-three field finish with a 168' 7" (51.39m) hammer throw.

Where the Titans are Competing

Oshkosh will head to Platteville to compete in the UW-Platteville Invitational on Friday and Saturday (April 14-15). Events will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday.
