Washington University (Mo.), which took second at last year's NCAA Division III Championship, scored 61 points to capture the team title with little difficulty. The Bears arrived at their winning value by placing all five of their scorers in the top 19 finishes.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology listed second in the 43-team meet with 123 points, while Calvin College (Mich.) finished third with 188, St. Olaf College (Minn.) fourth with 190 and Ohio Northern University fifth with 22.

UW-Oshkosh finished in 19th place with 500 points.

Washington University entered the meet ranked third in the NCAA Division III by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, while Massachusetts Institute of Technology was fifth, Calvin College seventh, St. Olaf College 13th and Carleton College 15th. All five of those teams are expected to return to the Lake Breeze Golf Club on Nov. 19 when UW-Oshkosh hosts the NCAA Division II Championship.

UW-Oshkosh will host a dual meet with UW-Stevens Point on Friday (Oct. 21) at the Lake Breeze Golf Club.
