Stitt Earns CSC Academic All-District

OSHKOSH, Wis.—Hannah Stitt of the UW-Oshkosh Tennis squad earned Academic All-District honors from (formerly College Sports Information Directors of America or CoSIDA) on Tuesday, May 9.

Stitt, the junior from Baldwin, Wisconsin, took sixth at the WIAC championship in the No. 6 singles spot. Stitt held a 4-6 record at the No. 6 spot and a 6-10 overall record while working towards a degree in nursing.

In order to qualify for the Academic All-District team, a student athlete must compete in 50% in their teams competitions and maintaining a 3.50 cumulative GPA.   

The 2023 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 1.  The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed at the links above.
