Bennett and Whitney Receive All-WIAC Honors

OSHKOSH, Wis.- Mackenzie Bennett and Kate Whitney each earned women's soccer WIAC conference honors on Wednesday afternoon.

2022 Season

Senior Mackenzie Bennett was named to the All-WIAC Team for her second season in a row. She earned both All-WIAC and Defensive Player of the Year honors last year. Bennett started all 19 matches, recorded two goals on 22 shots (11 on goal), one assist, and five points. Her game-winning goal against UW-River Falls ended their season, the second season in a row that she ended the Falcons' season.

Sophomore Kate Whitney earns her first WIAC honor, being named to the All-Sportsmanship Team. Whitney, a midfielder, recorded four shots with two on goal, one assist and a point in 15 matches played (14 starts).

2021 Season

In addition to Bennett's awards, the Titans earned four additional All-WIAC honors (Maddie Hill, Molly Jackson, Rylie Kauffman, Erin Toomey), Newcomer of the Year (Molly Jackson), All-Sportsmanship (Karly Monaco) and Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
