Hanke Named NWCA Scholar All-American

MANHEIM, Pa.- UW-Oshkosh men's wrestling's Matt Hanke was named a 2023-24 National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III Scholar All-American on Wednesday (April 10).

Hanke is a nursing major with a cumulative GPA of 3.60 as a graduate student.

He was one of the 418 individuals from over 100 institutions to be awarded with the honor. Nominees must have at least a 3.2 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

"Through their unwavering dedication, these athletes and teams showcase a commitment that extends beyond the mat and into the classroom. Congratulations to each of this year's recipients," shared Mike Moyer, NWCA Executive Director.
