Titans Taken Down By Augsburg

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- UW-Oshkosh men's wrestling was defeated 55-0 at Augsburg University (Minn.) on Friday night (Feb. 2).

Oshkosh (0-6, 0-5 WIAC) dropped all 10 matches to the Eagles (7-1).

JoJo Mendoza (So. • Racine) was defeated by fall by Charlie Stuhl in the 149-pound match, Bentley Schwanebeck-Ostermann won by 19-1 technical fall over Michael Loger (So. • Andover, Minn.) in the 184-pound tilt, Matt Hanke (Sr. • Theresa) lost by 15-0 technical fall to Parker Benz in the 197-pound duel, and Jagger Schack won by a 4-1 decision over Guyon Cyprian Jr. (Sr. • Chicago, Ill.) in the 285-pound contest. 

The 125-, 133-, 141-, 157-, 165-, and 174-pound matches all ended in Titan forfeits.

The Titans return to action on Saturday (Feb. 3) for the UW-Eau Claire Don Parker Open. The matches are scheduled for a 9 a.m. start time.
