Nazar Kulchytskyy (Jr. • Sosnivka, Ukraine) dominated all five of his 165-pound opponents to earn the Most Outstanding Wrestler Award at the Cornell College Matman Invitational held Saturday (Jan. 19) in Mount Vernon, Iowa.

Kulchytskyy raised his record to 23-1 on the season by defeating Garrett Bonte of Luther College (Iowa), 8-3, in the title match. Kulchytskyy began his schedule with a 16-1 victory over Matt Koch of UW-Eau Claire and a pin in 2:25 of Concordia-Moorhead College's (Minn.) Dylan Hanson. He then beat Nick Jazdzewski of Luther College (Iowa), 20-5, before sticking Cornell College's Colin Bertucci to the mat in 31 seconds.

Tyler Wetenkamp (So. • Manitowoc), who placed fifth at 197 pounds, was among four other Titans at the meet. He compiled a 4-2 record, including pins of Wartburg College's Stephen Kleamenakis in 2:21 and A.J. Dobson in 2:51. Wetenkamp was awarded fifth place due to an injury to Loras College's Willie Wiggins.

UW-Oshkosh's Parker Peterson (Jr. • Eden) went 2-2 at 125 pounds, including a pin of Lakeland College's Alec Noa in 1:43. The Titans had Justin Schienebeck (Sr. • Butternut) and Brandon Clapper (So. • Plainfield) go winless in two bouts at 141 and 285 pounds, respectively.
