Keller Chosen As WIAC Gymnast Of The Week

The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference chose UW-Oshkosh senior Olivia Keller as one of its two Kwik Trip Women's Gymnastics Athlete of the Week award winners for meets held Feb. 7-13.

Keller, who was selected as the league's top specialist for the week, won two events to help reigning WIAC champion UW-Oshkosh to a 190.375-181.900 road victory over Winona State University (Minn.) on Feb. 10.

Keller posted a score of 9.525 to win the floor exercise. UW-Oshkosh also had Emily Buffington and Trinity Sawyer finish third in the event with their marks of 9.45.

Keller earned a season-best score of 9.70 to win the balance beam. Titans Kaira Hammond and Liz Romano placed second to Keller with their second-place results of 9.65.

Emma North of UW-Whitewater was named the conference's top all-round performer for the week.
