Titans Earn All-WIAC Honors

MADISON, Wis.—Four players of the UW-Oshkosh women's basketball squad earned All-WIAC honors, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday, March 1.

Kayce Vaile was named a First Team All-WIAC team member following her performance during the 2022-23 season. The junior forward from Greendale, led the Titans with 10.6 points per game and l the WIAC in rebounds per game at 8.1.

Ava Douglas and Sarah Hardwick were named to the All-WIAC Honorable mention squad. Douglas, the senior guard from Reedsburg, averaged 9.3 points per game for the Titans, led them at the free throw line (82.6%), and shot 45.1% from the field. Hardwick, the forward/center from Green Bay, averaged 6.7 points per game and 5.6 rebounds during her freshman season. 

Bridget Froehlke was named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

The Titans open their NCAA Tournament run on Friday, March 3rd as they take on Washington and Lee University. Action will take place in Ada, Ohio on the campus of Ohio Northern.
