Ritter Named Top-10 Hitter to Watch in Division III

OSHKOSH, Wis.—UW-Oshkosh softball senior first baseman and outfielder Hannah Ritter has been named one of the top-10 Division III hitters to watch by FloSoftball.

Ritter picked up 58 hits in 36 games last season to finish at an even .500 on the year. Ritter set career highs in walks and RBIs, showing off her patience and clutch-hitting abilities. Ritter scored 30 runs, including a home run.

Following conference action, Ritter earned First Team All-WIAC honors. Ritter was named Third Team All-America by National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and First Team All-Region VIII by NFCA. 

The Titans are set to open the season on February 25, hosting Lakeland University in a doubleheader. Action is set to start at 11 a.m. in the UW-Oshkosh Rec Plex.
