Men's Cross Country Program Recognized For Academic Performance

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association recognized the UW-Oshkosh men's cross country program for its academic success during the 2020 fall semester.

Head coach Eamon McKenna's Titans compiled a 3.30 cumulative grade-point-average to become one of 180 NCAA Division III men's cross country programs that ended the recent fall session with a GPA of 3.10 or better. The Titans have been named an All-Academic Team by the USTFCCCA for the past four seasons.

Washington University in St. Louis (Mo.) compiled a Division III-leading 3.76 GPA last fall while Amherst College (Mass.) followed at 3.73, Tufts University (Mass.) at 3.72 and Kenyon College (Ohio) at 3.71. Other WIAC programs cited for their academic performance were UW-Whitewater at 3.49, UW-Stout at 3.38, UW-Eau Claire at 3.36, UW-La Crosse at 3.26 and UW-Stevens Point at 3.23.

UW-Oshkosh had six members of its men's cross country program finish the fall semester with 3.50 cumulative GPA or better. Mitchell Bradford led the Titans with a 3.95 GPA while Andrew Muskevitsch trailed at 3.94, Ryan Dolnik at 3.91, Jason Ford at 3.90, Parker Scheld at 3.65 and Reid Marquardt at 3.60.
