Hunt, Little, Nolan Collect WIAC x Kwik Trip Athletes Of The Week

MADISON, Wis.- After breaking a school record each in the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Open last Friday and Saturday (Dec. 8-9), Megan Hunt, Londyn Little and Charlie Nolan were all named WIAC x Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week on Tuesday (Dec. 12).

Hunt set a school and facility record with her first-place performance of 19-5 1/4 (5.92m) in the long jump at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Open. She also scored 3,357 points in the pentathlon, a personal best and the fourth-highest score in school history. She ran the 60-meter hurdles in 9.27 seconds, hit 5-0 1/4 (1.53m) in the high jump, threw 33-0 1/2 (10.07m) in the shot put, marked 18-4 1/2 (5.60m) in the long jump, and finished the 800-meter run in 2:38.91. Hunt placed first in two out of the five events.

Little broke his own program record in the 200-meter dash with a first-place finish of 21.65 seconds during the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Open on Dec. 9.

Nolan jumped from outside the top-10 list to the program leader in the heptathlon at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Open. He scored 5,380 points, more than 200 points higher than the previous record set by Aden Sears last season. His finishes included a 60-meter hurdle time of 6.96 seconds, 23-4 3/4 (7.13m) in the long jump, 38-11 1/2 (11.87m) in the shot put, a 6-7 (2.01m) high jump, an 8.40-second 60-meter hurdle finish, a pole vault of 13-9 1/4 (4.20m) and the 1,000-meter run in 2:29.52. Nolan's finish also sits eighth in NCAA Division III history.
