Fravert to Compete in The Basketball Tournament for Third Year

OSHKOSH, Wis.- For the third consecutive year, former UW-Oshkosh forward Adam Fravert has been invited to play for We Are D3 in the The Basketball Tournament, an annual basketball tournament with a one million dollar purse broadcast on ESPN+.

We Are D3 is comprised entirely of former Division III players that play professionally. Fravert, who currently plays for Melilla in Spain's LEB Silver league, is one of three returning players for the team this year.

The team is ranked eighth in the Wichita 2 Region, and will face Mass Street on Wednesday night at 9 p.m. EST. The No. 1 seed, Mass Street is made up of former Division I Kansas University players.

Fravert played for the Titans from 2017-20 and was a member of the 2019 National Championship team, scoring 14 points with 12 rebounds in the title game win. Over his career, he scored 1,459 points, recorded 802 rebounds, 312 assists, 158 blocks and 27 double-doubles. He still ranks second in school history in both blocks and double-doubles as well as fourth in assists and rebounds and 11th in points scored.
