Borchert Named D3hoops.com Preseason All-American

OSHKOSH, Wis.- UW-Oshkosh men's basketball senior forward Levi Borchert has been named to the first team of the 2022-23 D3hoops.com All-America team.

2022-23 WIAC Preseason All-Americans

He is joined by fellow WIAC players Ethan Anderson (UW-La Crosse) who was named to the second team and Derek Gray of UW-Whitewater in memoriam.

2021-22 Season

In the 2021-22 season, Borchert shot 61.9-33.3-57.4, averaging 18.1 points and 10.7 rebounds per game in 27 games, starting all 27. He made 198 field goals and scored 488 points, both good for second in the WIAC. He led the league in both offensive rebounds (100) and total rebounds (289). 

Borchert was named to the NABC All-America First Team and D3hoops.com All-America Second Team, also being named the D3hoops.com NCAA Division III Region 9 Player of the Year, NABC NCAA Division III All-District 9 Player of the Year, and WIAC Player of the Year for the 2021-22 season.

2021-22 WIAC Preseason All-Americans

Borchert was named to the third team in the 2021-22 D3hoops.com All-America team, joined in the third team by WIAC players, UW-La Crosse's Wyatt Cook and Quentin Shields of UW-Platteville, who was named to the fourth team.
