Four Titans Earn All-Region Status

MINNEAPOLIS-- Four members of the UW-Oshkosh Titans football squad have been named to the D3football.com All-Region 6 team. John Schirger, Brandon Kolgen, Tory Jandrin, and Trae Tetzlaff represent the Titan football program.  

Schirger (So./Grafton), a key member of the Titans offense, was named to the Second Team Offense. Schirger and the Titans offensive line averaged 417 yards per game, 33.6 points per game, and led the conference in average yards per offensive play. Schirger was named Second Team Offense All-WIAC.

Kolgen (Sr./Appleton) earned Second Team Defense honors after landing on the All-WIAC First Team Defense. A defensive force for the Titans, Kolgen recorded 41 tackles this season and led the team in sacks with four. 

Jandrin (Sr./Kolberg) repeats on the All-Region Team, being named to the Second Team Defense in 2022. Jandrin earned a spot on the 2021 Third Team Defense. Leading the Titan defense, Jandrin recorded 95 tackles this season and led the WIAC in tackles. Jandrin was named to the All-WIAC First Team Defense. 

Teztlaff (So./Waukesha) was named to the Third Team Offense after leading the league in receptions. Teztlaff had 42 receptions for seven yards, averaged 19.5 yards per carry, and 82.1 yards per game. Tetzlaff was named to the All-WIAC First Team Offense. 

About D3football.com All-Region Team

The 18th annual D3football.com All-Region Teams have been announced. In total, 1,096 players were nominated. 

The 2022 D3football.com All-Region teams are sponsored by Stevenson University, hosts of Stagg Bowl XLIX, which will be played Friday, Dec. 16, at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland. All players nominated for All-Region are eligible to be considered for the D3football.com All-America Team.

NCAA Division III realigned Division III football into six regions in 2021. Region 6 includes the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Northwest Conference, the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the WIAC.
