Twelve Titans Earn All-WIAC Honors

MADISON, Wis.—Twelve members of the UW-Oshkosh Titans football squad have garnered All-WIAC honors following the 2022 season.

Four Titans earned first team recognition, five second team recognitions, two honorable mentions, and landed a member on the All-Sportsmanship team

Trae Tetzlaff is a First Team Offense member after leading the Titans in receiving yards with 821 yards this season and seven touchdowns.

After landing on the 2019 and 2021 Second Team Defense lists, Brandon Kolgen is a First Team All-WIAC Defense member. Kolgen recorded 41 tackles this season and led the team in sacks with four. 

A First Team All-WIAC Defense member, Tory Jandrin was a 2019 honorable mention and 2021 defense team member. Jandrin led the Titan defense with 95 tackles this season. 

Carson Raddatz rounds out the First Team honorees for the Titans as a member of the First Team Defense. Raddatz, a 2021 honorable mention, had 68 tackles for the Titans during their 2022 campaign. 

A first-time honoree, John Schirger is an All-WIAC Second Team Offense member. Schirger was a key member of the offensive line that averaged 417 yards per game.

Leading the Titans offense at the quarterback position, Kobe Berghammer is a Second Team Offense member. Berghammer, a 2021 honorable mention and the 2019 Newcomer of the Year, recorded 243.7 passing yards per game, 25 touchdown passes, 598 rushing yards, 11 rushing touchdowns, and one receiving touchdown during the season.

Tony Steger is a Second Team Offense member after earning 2021 honorable mention honors. Steger recorded 567 reception yards and eight touchdowns during the Titans season and recorded one touchdown pass.

Jared Saad is a Second Team Defense member, his first honor. Saad was a defensive presence recorded 22 tackles, two interceptions, and one fumble recovery.

DJ Stewart is a Second Team Special Teams member. Stewart recorded a 94-yard kickoff return for a touchdown this season and averaged 26.3 yards per return for the Titans. Stewart saw action on the offensive side of the ball, recording 311 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Earning Honorable Mention honors, Terrell Carey lands on the offensive side, recorded 417 yards on 19 receptions. 

Kyle Scharenbroch is a 2022 Honorable Mention on the defensive side after recording 46 tackles in the 2022 campaign.

Jimmy Duval, a junior tight end, represents the Titans on the All-WIAC Sportsmanship team. Members on the All-Sportsmanship team display exemplary sportsmanship throughout the season.
