Titans Offensive Line Earns Team of the Week Honors
OSHKOSH, Wis.- The UW-Oshkosh football team's offensive line earned national recognition from D3football.com when they were named to the Team of the Week.
Oshkosh's Josh Keskinen, Max Schoening, Brian White, Logan Berandt, and John Schirger had a huge performance in a 45-0 win against UW-Stevens Point, their first shutout victory over the Pointers since 1978. They helped quarterback Kobe Berghammer to a season-high 115 rushing yards and a touchdown as the team rushed for a total 446 yards and three touchdowns. Two other Titans eclipsed 100 rushing yards, both of them also owning a touchdown on the day. Berghammer threw for 152 yards and three touchdowns. The offense averaged eight yards per play and converted eight of 11 third down chances.
The line and the Titans will face UW-Eau Claire on the road on Nov. 12. Kickoff is at 1:10 p.m.
