Hubbard Earns UW-Oshkosh Faculty/IAS Advisor Award

OSHKOSH, Wis.- Beth Hubbard, the UW-Oshkosh Women's Faculty Athletics Representative, was named the UW-Oshkosh Faculty/Instructional Academic Staff Advisor of the Fall 2023 semester on Wednesday (March 13).

A professor in the radio, television and film department, Hubbard has been the Titans' women's faculty athletics representative since 2022. She also served as the interim women's golf coach for the 2020-21 season.

The Faculty/IAS Advisor award is presented to a member of instructional staff each semester by a committee made up of faculty, instructional, academic, and classified staff and students. The selection criteria includes availability to students, academic and career planning, referrals and communication in addition to letters of recommendation written by students.
