Titans See Strong Performances at Wisconsin College Showcase

BROWN DEER, Wis.-­The UW-Oshkosh Titans men's swimming and diving competed at the Wisconsin College Showcase this afternoon and continued to see strong performances from several athletes.

Damen Seremet raced in the 50 freestyle for the Titans, taking a time of 22.54. Joining Seremet in the 50 freestyle, Andrew Copeland (24.04) and Drew Davis (24.05) timed in for the Titans.

Seremet led the Titans in the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 51.66. Ethan Almstadt clocked in at 52.40 in the 100 freestyle for the Titans.

With a time of 56.25 in the 100 backstroke, CJ Willert led the Titans in the event. Willert led the Titans in the 200 backstroke, clocking in at 2:05.70.  

In the 100 and 200 breaststrokes, Luke Hanlon led the Titans with a time of 1:02.08 (100 breaststroke) and a time of 2:18.33 (200 breaststroke). Hanlon led the Titans in the 200 IM, clocking in at 2:06.54.

Almstadt led the Titans in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:55.82. Ben Knoeck was less than a second behind Almstadt with a time of 1:55.88.

Andrew Copeland timed in at 59.72 in the 100 butterfly, leading the Titans in the event.

Ethan DeGroot raced in the 500 freestyle for the Titans with a time of 5:49.10.

In the relay events, Seremet, Knoeck, Davis, and Almstadt clocked in at 3:30.69 in the 400 freestyle relay. Willert, Hanlon, Copeland, and Seremet combined for a time of 1:40.85 in the 200 medley relay.
