UW-Oshkosh Adds Another Girls Volleyball Camp

UW-Oshkosh is excited to add another volleyball camp to its 2014 summer offerings for girls entering 7th-12th grade.

The Girls Individual Skills and Competition Elite Camp will be from August 11-14 and will run simultaneously with the Girls High School Team Camp.

The UW-Oshkosh coaching staff strongly believes that a player gets better through on court instruction during a competitive six on six setting. Camp 5 will challenge participants in the areas of serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking for a portion of the camp, but then put you on teams right away to get you playing! The camp will incorporate six on six drills and a specific position session as well.

Campers can sign up as an individual or with some friends from the same team or high school. You are guaranteed to be placed on the same team as your friends and then joined with other players to form teams of 8-10 participants. This camp will be divided into appropriate grade and skill levels. If you are looking to participate in a camp that will give you valuable instruction as well as give you a chance to play a ton this is the camp for you!
