The UW-Oshkosh women's swimming & diving team begins its inaugural season under head coach Chris Culp at the Wisconsin College Showcase on Saturday (Oct. 24) in Brown Deer.

Beloit College, Carroll University, Carthage College, Lawrence University, UW-La Crosse and NCAA Division I programs UW-Green Bay and UW-Milwaukee are expected to join UW-Oshkosh in the non-scoring event.

The Titans travel to Carroll University for the first of six dual meets of the season on Oct. 31. UW-Oshkosh also treks to Lawrence University on Dec. 11 and Ripon College on Feb. 6.

UW-Oshkosh's home schedule features dual meets against UW-Eau Claire on Nov. 21 and UW-La Crosse on Jan. 23 in Albee Hall.

The Titans also journey to the Rochester Invitational in Rochester, Minn., on Dec. 5-6.

UW-Oshkosh concludes its regular season at the WIAC Championship on Feb. 18-20 in Brown Deer. The Titans finished fifth at last year's championship with 272 points.

UW-Oshkosh returns 16 letter winners from last year's team, including Taylor Teske, who set three school records at the WIAC Championship, and Katie Challoner, who produced a pair of second-place finishes at the league meet.

Teske broke the school's 100-yard backstroke mark while also swimming on the Titans' record-setting 400-yard medley and 800-yard freestyle relay teams. Challoner placed second in both the 100- and 200-yard breaststrokes.

Also back for the Titans are Sally Hesby and Katie Kubisiak.

Hesby placed eighth in the 1-meter and ninth in the 3-meter diving at last year's WIAC Championship while Kubisiak finished ninth in the 100-yard and 12th in the 200-yard breaststrokes.
