Mother of Titan Gymnast Inducted Into NCGA Hall of Fame
WINONA, Minn.- Kari Livingston, mother of current UW-Oshkosh gymnast, Ella Wilson, was inducted to the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) Hall of Fame in Winona on Friday night as a member of the Class of 2021.
Livingston competed for UW-La Crosse from 1992-95. She earned six All-America honors, and two national runner-up finishes at the national meet over her four years with the Eagles. She earned her first All-America in 1993 with a sixth-place, all-around finish. In 1994, she finished second on the uneven bars, fourth on the vault and third in the all-around. She finished her career with a runner-up finish in the all-around and a fourth-place uneven bars finish.
Wilson, a sophomore from DeForest, has competed in four meets this season, with a career-best 9.650 on the parallel bars during the home meet against Hamline University (Minn.) on February 10.
