Titans Finish 11th at UW-Whitewater Spring Invite

Results

JANESVILLE, Wis.- The UW-Oshkosh women's golf team finished with 724 total strokes for an 11th place finish at Riverside Golf Course during the UW-Whitewater Spring Invite on Friday and Saturday (April 19-20).

Taryn Endres (So. • DeForest) once again led the Titans with the team's top finish of 176 strokes (32-over par). She hit an 86 on Friday and a 90 on Saturday to finish in 39th place.

Josie Hofer (Jr. • Menominee, Mich.) recorded a 94 and an 86, 180 strokes (36-over par) for a 48th as another Titan to take a top 50 spot.

Oshkosh's remaining golfers were Hailey Matenaer (So. • West Bend) who took 57th with 182 strokes (38-over par), Sophia Steel (So. • Hoffman Estates, Ill.) in 68th with 190 strokes (46-over par) and Sydney Bornhorst (Jr. • Grayslake, Ill.) in 71st with 192 strokes (48-over par).

The Titans will close out the 2023-24 season at the Marian University Spring Invitational on Sunday (April 21) at the Whispering Springs Golf Club in Fond du Lac. The meet will begin at 10:30 a.m.
