Titans Finish Fourth at Stevens Point
STEVENS POINT, Wis- Ava Downie led the Titans at the Mad Dawg Invite hosted by UW-Stevens Point as the UW-Oshkosh Titans golf squad finished fourth.
Downie, who shot an 81 in round two, finished in fourth place with a shooting a combined 170 (89-81).
Lauryn Davis grabbed an eleventh-place finish, shooting a combined 183 (88-95). Finishing five strokes behind Davis, Taryn Endres grabbed a top-20 finish at 188 with round scores of 97 and 91.
Alyssa Dreher and Josie Hofer both finished inside the top-25 for the Titans at 189 and 194. Dreher had combined round scores of 93 and 96, while Hofer shot a 96 and a 98 over the weekend.
The Titans conclude the season as they compete at the 2022 WIAC Championships on Oct. 7-9.
