Oshkosh Falls to La Crosse

LA CROSSE, Wis.—In a conference dual, the UW-Oshkosh Titans fell to the Eagles of UW-La Crosse 173-67.

Chase Millam led the Titans in the 200 freestyle relay, taking third place with season best time of 1:55.49. Ben Knoeck and Ethan Almstadt claimed top-5 finishes with times of 1:56.27 and 1:58.14. 

In the 100 freestyle, Damen Seremet led the Titans with a time of 50.53 and a second place finish. Knoeck and Millam clocked in at 52.01 and 52.03 for the Titans.

Joey Jurva took second in the 1-meter diving action, scoring a 190.40. Jurva claimed second on the 3-meter board, scoring a 204.85.

Seremet claimed a runner-up finish in the 100 breaststroke, timing in at 1:04.03. Seremet was joined by Andrew Copeland, who timed in at 1:08.78.

In the 100 backstroke, CJ Willert claimed a top-3 time at 59.51. Willert timed in at 2:12.45 in the 200 backstroke for second place.

In the 100 butterfly, Copeland finished in second with a time of 59.49. Hayden Freeman clocked in a 1:04.36 for a third place finish.

Willert, Seremet, Copeland, and Knoeck timed in at 1:43.92 in the 200 medley relay for second place. Davis, Willert, Chase Millam, and Seremet teamed up for a time of 1:30.60 in the 200 freestyle relay and a second place finish.

Ethan DeGroot claimed a top-3 finish in the 1000 freestyle, timing in at 12:03.31 for a season best.

In the 500 freestyle, Cade Millam led the Titans with a time of 5:47.51 and was joined by DeGroot (5:50.07) in the top-3.

Freeman grabbed a top-3 spot in the 200 butterfly, swimming season best time of 2:26.27. In the 50 freestyle, Drew Davis clocked in a 23.41 for a third place finish.  

The Titans hit the pool next on Feb. 4 as they compete at Ripon.
