Men's Swim and Dive Falls to Stevens Point

OSHKOSH, Wis.—The UW-Oshkosh Titans dropped a conference dual this evening, falling to the Pointers of UW-Stevens Point.

Damen Seremet clocked in a time of 22.16 in the 50 freestyle for second place. Seremet led the way for the Titans in the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 51.47. Seremet was joined by Drew Davis and Andrew Copeland in the event, with times of 53.09 and 54.52.

CJ Willert grabbed a second place finish in the 100 breaststroke, clocking in at 1:05.39. Chase Millam and Copeland grabbed times of 1:06.21 and 1:08.66 for the Titans in the same race. Millam collected a season best time in the race.

Joey Jurva competed on the 1-meter boards, earning a score of 191.45 for the Titans. Jurva recorded a dive score of 185.10 on the 3-meter boards for the Titans. Jurva recorded season best dives in both events this evening.

Willert and Millam competed in the 200 IM for the Titans, swimming times of 2:15.13 and 2:24.19 respectively.

Ethan DeGroot competed in the 1650 freestyle, timing in at 21:20.13. DeGroot clocked in at 6:01.52 in the 500 freestyle for the Titans.

Hayden Freeman collected a runner-up finish in the 200 freestyle, timing in at 2:26.50.

Millam competed in the 200 breaststroke for the Titans, collecting a time of 2:31.39.

In the 100 backstroke, Ben Knoeck clocked in at 1:04.93 for the Titans.

Knoeck competed in the 100 butterfly for the Titans, leading the way with a time of 1:00.52. Copeland and Freeman swam times of 1:01.66 and 1:01.71 respectively.

Willert, Seremet, Copeland, and Davis clocked in at 1:43.21 in the 200 medley relay. In the 200 freestyle relay, Seremet, Davis, Knoeck, and Millam swam a combined time of 1:32.16.

The Titans return to action on January 14, hosting Carthage College at 1 p.m.
