WIAC Names Lieder Swimmer Of The Week
The WIAC selected UW-Oshkosh's Jarrett Lieder as its Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for events held Oct. 8-14.
Lieder won two events and swam on a third-place relay team during UW-Oshkosh's 180.5-57.5 road loss to UW-Eau Claire in its season debut on Oct. 13.
Lieder took first place in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:12.49 and the 1,000-yard freestyle with a swim of 10:47.77. He also helped the Titans' 200-yard freestyle relay team register a third-place time of 1:33.68.
UW-Eau Claire's Dylan Glumac-Berberich was chosen as the WIAC's Men's Diver of the Week.
