Titans Announce 2024 Schedule, To Play Six Home Games

OSHKOSH, Wis.- The UW-Oshkosh football team has announced its schedule for the 2024 schedule.

The Titans' 10-game schedule will feature six games at J. J. Keller at Titan Stadium, including all three nonconference contests.

Oshkosh looks to win its 12th WIAC title in the upcoming season under third-year head coach Peter Jennings, who led the Titans to a 6-4 overall and 4-3 league record in each of his first two seasons.

"Our staff is pumped to announce the 2024 schedule. We have six guaranteed games on J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium, an awesome nonconference slate, before playing in the best conference in the country," Jennings said. "Every game in 2024 has a shot to be a knockdown drag out affair. I am excited to see our staff and players step up to the challenge week in and week out.

Last season, the Titans earned 12 All-WIAC nods, three D3football.com All-Region honors and saw eight named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District.

On September 7, UW-Oshkosh will face Wheaton College (Ill.) for the second consecutive season at 1 p.m. to open the season. The Thunder reached the Second Round of the NCAA Championship in 2023. The nonconference schedule will wrap up against NCAA Division II Michigan Tech at noon on September 21. Oshkosh also holds a 1-0 all-time record against the Huskies, winning 34-3 in 1987.

After the bye week, Oshkosh opens WIAC competition on October 5 at NCAA quarterfinalist UW-Whitewater for a 1 p.m. start before returning home to take on UW-La Crosse, which also reached the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Championship in 2023.

Homecoming is set for October 19 at 1:30 p.m. as 2023 Isthmus Bowl champion UW-Platteville travels to Oshkosh for the 99th occasion of the campus community welcoming alumni back to campus.

The Titans will head on the road for the next two weeks, facing UW-Stevens Point on October 26 and UW-Eau Claire on November 2, both at 1 p.m.

UW-Stout is set to travel to J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium on November 9 for a 2 p.m. kickoff in Oshkosh's home finale before Jennings' squad goes to River Falls to face the Falcons at 1 p.m. on November 16.
