JACKSON, Miss.--An explosive first quarter saw the No. 16 UW-Oshkosh Titans post a 41-17 victory over the Millsaps College Majors.  

Scoring on their opening drive, the Titans saw Jared Tenpas catch an early first quarter interception and set up the second scoring drive for the Titans. The Titans would go up 34-0 before allowing the first points from Millsaps. The Titans cruised comfortably into the fourth quarter, scoring early to improve to 2-1 on the season.  

Kobe Berghammer went 17-of-26 in pass completions, throwing for 213 yards and two touchdowns. Berghammer grabbed three rushing touchdowns for the Titans. DJ Stewart had a rushing touchdown for the Titans while Jimmy Duval and Terrell Carey caught passes from Berghammer for the Titans.  

Bryce Edwards led the Titans with nine tackles, one sack for eight yards, and three tackles for a loss. The Titans recorded five sacks of the Majors quarterbacks, totaling 41 yards. The Titans had nine tackles for loss (56 yards) and had 69 tackles as a team.  

Nolan Mobley went 2-of-3 in extra points while recording 334 yards on kickoffs.
