In 2013, Pierce acquired All-WIAC first team honors after hitting .391 with 16 doubles, six home runs and 48 runs batted in. UW-Whitewater compiled a 35-9 record while winning the WIAC championship and participating in NCAA Division III Whitewater Regional.

Pierce received All-America third team recognition in 2015 after helping the Warhawks to a 35-11 record, the WIAC championship and berth in the NCAA Division III La Crosse Regional. Pierce achieved his third All-WIAC award after hitting .379 with 15 doubles, 10 home runs and 48 runs batted in. In the classroom, Pierce was named an Academic All-America third team selection by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
