Surane Tabbed For WIAC x Kwik Trip Athlete Of The Week

MADISON, Wis.- Jake Surane hit two walkoffs in UW-Oshkosh baseball's four-game series sweep of UW-Eau Claire on his way to WIAC x Kwik Trip Baseball Position Player of the Week for the third time in his career.

Surane (Sr. • Lincolnshire, Ill.) hit .429 (9-of-21) with eight runs and eight RBIs in the Titans' four game sweep of the Blugolds March 29-30. He added three doubles and a home run for a .429 on-base and .714 slugging percentage with a pair of walk-off hits. Surane hit a 3-run home run in a 12-2 win on March 29, and an RBI single in the 12-11 victory on March 30. He also stole two bases in the series.
