UW-Oshkosh To Offer Winter Baseball Clinics
Head coach Kevin Tomasiewicz and the UW-Oshkosh baseball program will host a series of clinics during the months of December, January and February. The clinics, which are open to youths aged 5-18, will be held in UW-Oshkosh's Kolf Sports Center (785 High Avenue).
The clinics offer individualized attention in the areas of hitting, pitching, fielding and strenghth & conditioning. Each clinic is formatted to address the unique need of each age level.
UW-Oshkosh Baseball Clinics have been extremely successful, with more than 18,000 players and coaches participating over the past 39 years.
Youths aged 5-13 can participate in clinics on December 26 for hitting and fielding and December 27 for hitting and pitching.
New this season is a New Year's Eve hitting clinic on December 31 for youths aged 8-17.
In addition, four late Winter Clinics for youths aged 8-17 will be held January 20 (hitting & base running), January 27 (hitting, pitching & fielding), February 3 (hitting) and February 17 (hitting, pitching & fielding).
