Tickets Still Available For UW-Oshkosh Final Four Extravaganza Party
The UW-Oshkosh Athletics Department has a limited number of tickets remaining for its 27th Annual Final Four Extravaganza Party that will be held Monday (April 8) at 7 p.m. in the UW-Oshkosh Alumni Welcome & Conference Center (625 Pearl Avenue).
Tickets to the event cost $100. Each ticket sold admits two people to an event where they can watch the title game of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship, enjoy plenty of food and refreshments and be eligible to win a portion of the $10,000 that will be given away.
Several raffles will also be held. Raffle prizes include four suite tickets (four winners) to the May 24 baseball game at Miller Park between the Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies; four tickets (one winner) to the Sept. 28 football game at Camp Randall Stadium between the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University; and 18 holes of golf for four people at the Oshkosh Country Club.
Since 1992, 5,106 tickets have been sold for this event, with all proceeds going to support UW-Oshkosh Athletics and the 500-plus student-athletes who represent the Titans in competition each year.
The major sponsor of the event is Sodexo. Other event sponsors are Lee Beverage, Dietz Duo, Inc., and Chris & Liza Ruetten.
