A two-time national champion and both an eight-time All-American and conference champion, Phil Devine assembled a diving resume that is the finest in WIAC history.

Devine dove onto the national scene as a freshman and earned a pair of All-America diving awards during each of his four seasons at UW-Oshkosh.

In 2009, Devine finished fifth in the one-meter category and seventh in the three-meter classification at the NCAA Division III Championship. The following year at the national meet, Devine accumulated 563.00 points to win the three-meter title while finishing fifth off the one-meter board.
