Tickets Still Available For Hall Of Fame Induction Banquet

Tickets to the UW-Oshkosh Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Banquet on Sunday, October 1 are still available for purchase.

The banquet, which is open to the public, will be held at the Culver Family Welcome Center (625 Pearl Avenue) on the UW-Oshkosh campus. The event includes a social at 9:15 a.m., breakfast at 10 a.m. and an induction ceremony at 10:45 a.m.

Tickets to the banquet are $25 each (aged 5 and older). Tickets will be sold until 3 p.m. on Monday, September 25 and will not be available for purchase after the deadline or at the event. All purchased tickets will be available for pick up at the banquet.

The 2023 induction class features former student-athletes Holly (Ozanich) Cappelle (women's track & field), Ann Marie (Fink) Caruso (women's track & field), David Christman (baseball), Natalie DeMichei (women's basketball), Mike Gasper (baseball), Chris Hansman (men's swimming & diving), Derek Kasten (men's soccer), Nate Wara (football), Kerrie (Main) Washburn (women's track & field) and Jen Young (women's golf). Gasper will be induced posthumously.

The group will also be recognized at halftime of UW-Oshkosh's 1 p.m. football game against UW-Whitewater on Saturday, September 30 at J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium.

The UW-Oshkosh Athletics Hall of Fame was established in 1974 to pay tribute and give deserved acknowledgement to student-athletes, coaches, administrators and friends of the University who have exhibited exceptional ability, given distinctive recognition or provided exceptional service to the school's athletics program.

This year's 10 inductees join the 231 individuals who were selected in the previous 48 induction classes.
