Multiple Titans Named WIAC x Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week

MADISON, Wis.- Grace Fergus (women's swimming), Hunter Plamann (men's basketball) and Jonathan Wilburn (men's track) were all named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) x Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for events between Jan. 30-Feb. 5 on Tuesday morning.

Fergus helped Oshkosh beat Ripon in their final dual of the season with first-place finishes in the 200-yard IM (2:27.64) and 100-yard backstroke (1:06.58), setting a season-best in the 200-yard IM. She raced anchor for the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set a season-best 1:46.14 time for her third event win of the day.

Plamann became the second Titan to reach 1,000 career points this season, scoring 33 points on Wednesday in Oshkosh's 74-63 win over UW-Eau Claire. His 33 points, 12 made field goals and six made threes were all career-highs. He also scored 10 points, going four-of-four from the line in Saturday's win over UW-River Falls.

Wilburn extended his nation-leading mark in the triple jump with a 15.20-meter jump, helping the Titans win the Red Hawk Invite with 264 points. He was also one of seven Titans to finish in the top-seven of the 200-meter dash with a 23.04 second time.
