Bio
Alyssa Doomis begins her fourth season as a full-time assistant coach with the UW-Oshkosh softball program.
Doomis, who has helped the Titans to a 57-31 record during her first three years, assists in all aspects of the UW-Oshkosh softball program under head coach Scott Beyer.
Doomis came to UW-Oshkosh after a standout career as a catcher and third baseman at Trinity International University (Ill.) from 2015-18. Doomis helped the Trojans go from a 1-30 record during her first season to a 29-19 mark in 2018 and their first appearance in the eight-team National Christian College Athletic Association World Series since 2007.
Doomis was a three-time NCCAA All-North Central Region selection. She played 155 games, including 154 as a starter, for Trinity International University, amassing a .301 batting average with 140 hits, 74 runs scored, 24 doubles, seven triples, five home runs and 90 runs batted in. Doomis collected All-Region honors for the second straight year in 2017 after recording a career-best 38 hits and 37 RBIs.
Doomis earned a bachelor’s degree in sports and wellness management from Trinity International University in 2018. Doomis was a four-time all-conference honoree during her prep career at Prairie Ridge High School in Crystal Lake, Ill.
