Additional information on the steak fry can be obtained by contacting UW-Oshkosh head men's basketball coach Matt Lewis at (920) 424-2211 or lewism@uwosh.edu.

Last year, his first as UW-Oshkosh's head coach, Lewis guided the Titans to their most successful season in the 121-year history of the program. UW-Oshkosh registered a 29-3 record, captured the WIAC title and capped off the 2018-19 season with a 96-82 victory over Swarthmore College (Pa.) in the NCAA Division III national championship game held in Fort Wayne, Ind.

UW-Oshkosh began its triumphant NCAA postseason journey with wins of 86-62 over Lake Forest College (Ill.) and 108-86 over University of Northwestern (Minn.) in the Collegeville (Minn.) Regional. The Titans then reached the Final Four by clinching the Oshkosh Sectional championship with wins of 86-75 over Loras College (Iowa) and 82-79 over Guilford College (N.C.). UW-Oshkosh won its national semifinal contest, 104-85, over Wheaton College (Ill.) in Fort Wayne.

The Titans concluded the season ranked highly among the Division III leaders in several statistical categories, including fourth in rebounds (1,308), seventh in blocks (148), 10th in average scoring margin (+15.7), 12th in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.50) and 3-point field goals (325), and 13th in turnovers per game (10.6) and average rebounding margin (+8.8).

UW-Oshkosh compiled a 21-game winning streak from Nov. 20 through Feb. 9 for the fourth-longest winning streak in WIAC history. The streak included 12 straight victories to open WIAC play as UW-Oshkosh went on to claim its first outright league title since 1978.

UW-Oshkosh returns 12 of its 17 letter winners from last year's team, including senior all-region center Jack Flynn, senior all-conference forward Adam Fravert and junior starting forward Connor Duax.

UW-Oshkosh, a national postseason participant each of the past four years, opens its 2019-20 season at Augustana College (Ill.) on Saturday, November 9.
