UW-Oshkosh Student-Athlete Participation Fee

WHEN WILL IT GO INTO AFFECT AND HOW MUCH: Any UW-Oshkosh student-athlete, who at any time during the competition season in his or her respective sport makes the official team roster, will have a $210.00 roster fee assessed to his or her student account. 

MULTI SPORT: Any student-athlete who competes in multiple sports will be assessed only one roster fee per academic year, meaning that the maximum fee any one student-athlete would pay in a given year is $210.00. 

REFUNDS: The roster fees are nonrefundable. In extraordinary circumstances, student-athletes may submit, in writing, requests for a fee refund to the Director of Athletics or his designee, who will evaluate such requests on a case by case basis. Extraordinary circumstances do NOT include voluntarily leaving or being dismissed from a team, becoming academically ineligible to participate, or graduating mid-term.

OTHER CHARGES: Each program has the right to charge additional fees on top of the Student-Athlete Participation Fee; therefore, there may be other charges to you or your student account as it relates to your individual sport. NOTE: these are independent of this Student-Athlete Participation Fee. The timing of these other charges may take place at different points as well (examples: special trips, preseason practices, merchandise, etc.).
