Award-winning WRST Radio will offer audio of 14 UW-Oshkosh sporting events during the fall semester of the 2017-18 academic year.

The first broadcast took place Sept. 9 when the UW-Oshkosh football team played Virginia University of Lynchburg at J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium. The broadcast schedule will continue for UW-Oshkosh's student-operated station on Sept. 16 when the Titans host University of Dubuque (Iowa) in women's soccer.

Other football broadcasts from J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium will be Sept. 30 against defending WIAC champion UW-Whitewater, Oct. 7 against UW-Stevens Point (Homecoming), Oct. 28 against UW-River Falls and Nov. 4 against UW-Eau Claire. The station's lone football road broadcast will be Oct. 21 when the Titans visit UW-La Crosse.

J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium will also be the site of two other women's soccer broadcasts - Sept. 27 against St. Norbert College and Oct. 7 against UW-Platteville.

Kolf Sports Center will be the venue for four men's basketball and one women's basketball broadcasts.

The four-game broadcast schedule of UW-Oshkosh men's basketball starts Nov. 15 when the Titans host Benedictine University (Ill.). The other three broadcasts will be on Nov. 22 against Edgewood College, Dec. 2 against Augustana College (Ill.) and Dec. 5 against Finlandia University (Mich.).

Defending WIAC women's basketball champion UW-Oshkosh will have its lone broadcast of the first semester on Nov. 21 against Edgewood College.

All 15 broadcasts by WRST Radio can be listened to on the Internet at www.uwosh.edu/wrst/. Fans in the Oshkosh area can also listen to the broadcasts on the radio at 90.3 FM.

WRST Radio will also broadcast all WIAC & NCAA Division III postseason events in the sports of football and men's & women's basketball.

WRST Radio has won over 180 awards since 2009. Among them are citations from the Broadcast Education Association, National Broadcasting Society, New York International Radio Festival, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The station's Sports Director for the fall semester of the 2017-18 academic year is Alex Loroff.

The second semester broadcast schedule for the UW-Oshkosh sports of men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and softball will be announced by WRST Radio in December.
