Facilty Reservation Link

Guidelines For Facility Usage

1. Advanced reservations will be required for each facility. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are limited to UW-Oshkosh students and a valid Student ID must be shown at check-in; faculty and staff will not be eligible to use athletic facilities.

     A. Students can only make one reservation per facility/service per day.

2. All students are required to complete the UW-Oshkosh Health Assessment within the UW-Oshkosh Mobile App each day that they are requesting to use the specified facility.  Students are required to show the staff member their completed Health Assessment at the check in table prior to the student being allowed to use the facility.

3. Masks are required while using all indoor athletic facilities. At outdoor facilities, masks are required while arriving, checking-in, exiting, and inside restrooms.

4. Social distancing of 6+ feet between individuals is required during use of all facilities.

5. Students are limited to non-contact exercise. Partner exercise is allowed in sports that involve throwing or passing: baseball, softball, football, soccer, and volleyball. This is only allowed between partners, not a group of students.

6. Hand sanitizer will be made available in multiple locations throughout each facility. At minimum, students must sanitize hands during check in, between equipment use, and upon exiting each facility.

7. Equipment will be cleaned between uses. Please return equipment to designated area following use.

8. Locker rooms, shower spaces, and laundry facilities will not be available. Restrooms will be made available.

9. A second pair of shoes will be required for indoor facilities.
