The three-day camp, which is for unsigned players and rookies who were recently drafted or signed free agent contracts with the Jaguars, is scheduled for May 11-13 in Jacksonville, Fla.

Mentkowski capped his four-year UW-Oshkosh career as the program's all-time leader with 180 catches, 3,141 receiving yards and 27 touchdown grabs in 44 games. Mentkowski helped the Titans compile a 42-9 overall record from 2014-17 as UW-Oshkosh made three consecutive deep runs in the NCAA Division III Championship, including the school's first appearance in the national title game during 2016 and a trip to the semifinals in 2017.

Mentkowski finished his senior season with 67 receptions for a program-record 1,477 yards and 13 touchdowns on the way to becoming the first UW-Oshkosh wide receiver to earn All-America laurels from D3football.com. His receiving yardage led the country while his 22.04 yards per catch ranked 17th nationally. Mentkowski had 23 receptions that gained at least 20 yards this season, including 11 of his touchdown catches.

Mentkowski was named the WIAC Offensive Player of the Week and chosen to the D3football.com Team of the Week after recording a career-high 10 catches for 207 yards and two touchdowns, including a school-record 96-yard score, against UW-Whitewater.

Mentkowski caught at least one touchdown in 10 games this year and had eight 100-yard receiving games, including two scores and more than 100 yards against both North Central College (Ill.) and UW-La Crosse.

Mentkowski began his UW-Oshkosh career with 39 receptions for 392 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games in 2014. Mentkowski increased his production to 45 grabs for 830 yards and seven scores in 12 games in 2015 before injuries limited him to 29 catches for 442 yards and four touchdowns in nine games in 2016.

Mentkowski, a Whitnall High School graduate, is seeking to become the third UW-Oshkosh player since 2006 to sign an NFL contract. Former Titan tight ends Bob Docherty and Joe Sommers signed free agent deals in 2006 and 2015, respectively.
