Ripon College answered with a run in the home half of the first inning as Michael Barnes doubled and scored on a two-out single by Hector Aguinaga.

UW-Oshkosh reclaimed the lead for good in the second inning on Neal Ori's sacrifice fly before tacking on three runs on three hits in the third frame as Brahier's hit scored Schwenn, and Paulson delivered a two-out, two run single.

The Titans' four-run fourth inning was highlighted by run-scoring doubles from Eagan and Radde. UW-Oshkosh then extended its lead to 11-1 in the fifth inning following run-scoring singles by Eagan and Logan Reckert, who concluded the contest with two hits apiece.

The Red Hawks trimmed their deficit to 11-2 on Isiah Ramos' sacrifice fly in the fifth inning, but UW-Oshkosh relievers Turnquist, Homan and Goetz combined to hold Ripon College to just three singles for the remainder of the contest.

UW-Oshkosh, which had at least one baserunner in each inning, added a pair of insurance run in the seventh frame on a Tyler Kozlowski sacrifice fly and a Radde single. The Titans capped the scoring when Paulson's single plated Noah Polcyn with two outs in the ninth inning.
