UW-Oshkosh (7-4) won its last five games of the southern expedition after losing its first three contests. The Titans have outscored their opponents, 29-5, during their last five games to establish their longest winning streak since the middle of the 2015 season.

In Friday's game, UW-Oshkosh scored three times in the top half of the first inning to take an early 3-0 lead.

Jack Paulson, who has hit safely in 19 of his last 20 games, led off the contest with a single to left field and advanced to second base on a single to right field by Zack Radde. Following a passed ball and groundout by Logan Reckert, Johnny Eagan doubled to center field to score both Paulson and Radde. A pitch then hit Tyler Kozlowski before Brahier singled to left field to score Eagan. The Titans ended the inning with runners on first and third bases.

The Titans got two more runs in the third inning as Brahier drove in Reckert and Kozlowski with a single to right field. Reckert led off the inning with a single to center field before Kozlowski singled to right field and advanced to second base on an outfield error.

Union College (2-5) avoided the shutout when Anthony Amoroso hit a one-out single to score Zack Twitchell in the eighth inning.
